Liliya Saliakhieva
Group and individual classes in Tbilisi
About me
Yoga has been part of my life for a long time, but it wasn’t until 2024 that it truly became a turning point. When old patterns stopped working, I turned to yoga not just as a physical practice, but as a way to rebuild connection with myself.

I completed my first Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at the Academy of Yoga in Moscow, where I began teaching during my studies and realized this is the path I want to share with others. I later continued my education in Tbilisi at Yoga Loft Academy and developed my teaching practice through group and individual sessions.

I also expanded my qualifications as an Aerial Yoga teacher and now include hammock practice in my work.
Classes
My classes include yoga, aerial yoga, stretching, and yoga nidra — each designed to support body awareness, strength, mobility, and mindful movement.

No two classes are exactly the same: every practice is thoughtfully structured and may vary in focus, intensity, and exercises, so each session offers a fresh experience and room for continuous progress.

I pay close attention to technique and individual needs, creating classes that are both effective and enjoyable — helping students move safely, feel better in their bodies, and progress with confidence.
Vinyasa Yoga
Gentle yet empowering practice focused on building strength, stability, and restoring balance throughout the body.
In my classes, we move with awareness, synchronizing breath and movement, allowing each posture to unfold naturally and mindfully.
This is a soft, flowing practice that helps tone muscles, awaken the body, and support its natural recovery.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is a form of yoga that uses a suspended fabric hammock to support your body in different poses. It combines traditional yoga, stretching, and light acrobatics, allowing you to improve flexibility, build strength, and decompress the spine while partially or fully lifted off the ground.

Yoga Nidra
Ancient meditative technique that brings the mind into a state similar to deep sleep, while the body fully relaxes and enters a space of gentle self-observation. This practice is designed to cultivate mindfulness and deep rest - a complete reset for your entire system. It is often compared to the restorative power of 8 hours of sleep.
After the session, you may feel a deep sense of harmony, calm, and inner stillness - a connection between your body, soul, and breath.

Stretching
A stretching class is a guided session focused on improving flexibility, mobility, and overall body awareness through a series of controlled stretches and gentle movements.
A typical class includes slow, intentional exercises that target major muscle groups - like the hamstrings, hips, back, shoulders, and neck. Movements are usually held for a period of time to allow muscles to lengthen and release tension.

Reviews
The most important thing in my work is to make people happy
  • I have been doing yoga with Lilya for a few months now and I still really enjoy it every time I get the chance to come. We do lots of different things like simple stretches but also harder hand balances and poses. At the end it’s a few minutes of shavasana, which helps me feel calm and relaxed. Overall I really enjoy doing yoga with Lilya and would recommend her to everyone.

  • The teacher is great! The lessons are well adapted to each student and it was a pleasure learning)

  • I went to yoga with Liliya as new classes were introduced in our crossfit gym. What I definitely didn't expect is that it will be harder for my muscles than my crossfit classes. But I believe Liliya is specifically adjusting the load to the level of students, so it was challenging yet doable.

  • I discovered yoga thanks to Lila - and, honestly, I had some doubts. It seemed too spiritual and simultaneously too complex, confusing, and uncomfortable for the average person. With her, yoga ceased to be something intimidating and became something you want to return to.
