  • Nika C
I first tried yoga 13 years ago in Germany and later I started intensively practicing at Tbilisi Yoga Loft, where I have explored the depths of yoga. It has made a big difference in my consciousness and my physical body. After experiencing how yoga affects and brings you into harmony with the outside world I decided to take a 200-H Yoga Teacher Training at Tbilisi Yoga Community.

Yoga regulates so many aspects around us. It gave me the opportunity to share this magical power of yoga with people. • Alice C

  • Lily S
Yoga is a way to connect with yourself — to truly feel at home in your own body. This is the approach I bring to all my classes. It doesn’t matter how perfect your asana looks — what matters is that you showed up on the mat today and took one step closer to your true self.
I completed teacher training courses in Russia and within a yoga community, and I am also a certified Yoga Nidra instructor.
In my classes, you take a gentle yet powerful step toward self-love and a deeper connection with yoga.
  • Valeria Z
  • Tanya Bash
I've been practicing classical hatha yoga for six years and teaching for one year. I graduated from the Moscow Chaturanga Yoga School and bring the experience of my teachers to my practice.
During my practice the body works holistically and in all directions of mobility: through cross-patterns, balances, stability, and gentle strength.

My style combines classical hatha and a modern understanding of biomechanics, gently accustoming the body to balanced states.
  • Ira T
    200h YTT — Anna Vesna
300h YTT — Intensive, Rishikul Yogashala, Kerala, India.

  • Mariam P
I came to yoga as a way of finding my way back to myself.

For me, yoga is a practice of presence, breath, and deep listening. It is not only about movement or flexibility, but about creating a softer relationship with the body, calming the mind, and reconnecting with the quiet power within.

As a certified yoga teacher, I hold space for mindful, sensory, and breath-led practices where you are invited to slow down, release tension, move with awareness, and return to your natural balance.

My classes are gentle, grounding, and deeply connected to feeling. You do not come here to perform. You come here to breathe, soften, feel, and come back home to yourself.
  • Olya H
The teaching foundation and philosophy of the classes are based on training at Udana Yoga Academy (Bali).
  • Alle G
Bringing several years of yoga study, teaching experience, and a Masters degree in Psychology together to bring harmony to body, mind, and soul. In my classes, focus isn't on looking absolutely "perfect" in each asana, or knowing the sanskrit word for every pose (although we also learn those!), but about bringing curiosity, laughter, and gentleness to the mat while building a broad spectrum of yoga knowledge and challenging yourself in new ways both in mind and body. Come to learn, let go, and have fun!
  • Ninia A
Ninia Abramishvili has been practicing yoga since childhood, drawing from a rich variety of traditions and places. Her path led her to India, where she studied Ayurveda, lived at the Isha Center, completed Inner Engineering, and explored both traditional and modern yoga styles in Rishikesh. She rounded off her journey with a 200-hour teacher training, and is now ready to share her passion with her students.
  • Maria T
I am a certified Ashtanga yoga instructor (TTC 200).
Before embarking on my yoga journey, I obtained my master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Helsinki.
I have danced since the age of 12, and have been part of a local ballroom dance crew and participated in various concerts and competitions.
In addition, I enjoy various physical activities: horse riding, stretching, swimming, skiing, tennis, pilates, kickboxing, and hiking.
At different phases of my life, I have sought the activity that would best fit my state of mind. Yoga is my new discovery. Thanks to my teachers, my experience with yoga has been full of joy and happiness, and I would like to share the joy of yoga with you.
I love the Ashtanga style of yoga due to its disciplined and balanced way of entering and exiting into various poses. It’s a great way of diving into your physical body and exploring its various hidden corners.
Yoga is for everyone, especially those that value inner peace and harmony.
Why do you practice Yoga on a regular basis?
Understanding your body is a vehicle for personal transformation to occur. It releases tightly held patterns and brings self-possession and accomplishment. Yoga is a wonderful remedy for negative thoughts, attachment, chronic stress, anxiety, restlessness etc. It is a healing practice that augments mental outlook and emotional state. When yoga becomes your daily practice, it will create a space for safety and stability.
In my class we write our personal yogic stories, and learn to listen to the one and only friend we have on earth – our inner self. Through performing various asanas, breath work (Pranayama), and meditation, you will practice patience, self-love and gratitude.
I have learnt that yoga is more than a bodily performance, it provides an unforgettable inner journey to reconnect with the self. Yogic experience is unique and different for every individual. For me, it has been an emotional roller coaster. From inner turmoil, I have landed on an island where the water is clear and purified.

  • Andrei O
7 years ago I started doing yoga because of the horrible back pain I had after doing some acrobatic tricks. Now the pain is gone, but I am still a huge fan of this practice because it helps me to be more stable, ground myself, feel better, and be more aware of my thoughts and emotions and handle them with much more ease.

So my mission is to share this ancient wisdom of yoga with people who have a call for it or who have enough curiosity to see how life can be different when you start practicing.

Last year we lived in Bali and I was teaching yoga there.

The last thing I want to add is that I am on my way to becoming a psychotherapist and It definitely influences my approach to yoga and my style of teaching in a better way.

Namaste. See you on the mat!
