Andrei Osipov
8 years ago I started doing yoga because of the back pain. Now the pain is gone, but I am still a huge fan of this practice because it helps me to be more stable, ground myself, feel better, and be more aware of my thoughts and emotions and handle them with much more ease. So my mission is to share this ancient wisdom of yoga with people who have a call for it or who have enough curiosity to see how life can be different when you start practicing. Last year we lived in Bali and I was teaching yoga there. The last thing I want to add is that I am on my way to becoming a psychotherapist and It definitely influences my approach to yoga and my style of teaching in a better way. Namaste.
