    Guided by the teacher students move together with the breath and traditional Sanskrit count.

    Katie is an Ashtanga Yoga teacher with over 500 hours of training and 2+ years of international teaching experience across Georgia, Vietnam, Nepal, and India, she offers accessible, breath-centered guidance tailored to each student’s journey.
