Chakras are the energetic centers in the body. They are focal points of energy that have a direct and profound effect on our daily lives. Learning about chakras is an exciting journey of self-discovery!
This course is open to all levels of practice and is a great introduction to Kundalini Yoga. You will learn about the functions of the chakras and how they manifest in daily life. There'll be a lot of deep work on developing self-awareness through Kundalini yoga and meditation, in a safe and gentle flow. Course: 8 classes 2 hours each
7 chakras + 1 final class to integrate a little bit of theory and a lot of practice

Certified Kundalini teacher
Sat Nam, I'm Julia and I've been walking the path of yoga for many years. I tried different styles, but after my first Kundalini class I realized it works better for me. Very soon I met my teacher, Guru Rattana, and studied with her for a few years. I learnt to change my state quickly, awakened my inner energy, embraced my emotions, found inner peace and started to enjoy my life as it is! And now I just share it with other people.
