Course Programm
The program consists of 6 classes and is designed for 3 weeks. Each class will include theoretical information and a practical part.

    Story of Ashtanga yoga. Opening Mantra.
    Step-by-step "Surya Namaskara A"
  • April 7
    Tristana - three main principles of Ashtanga Yoga. "Step-by-Step Surya Namaskara B"
  • April 12
    Highlights of Standing Sequence.
  • April 14
    Vinyasa. Step-by-step Jump through.
    Transition to Seated Sequence. Forward fold
  • April 19
    Seated Sequence. Hip Openers.
    Step-by-step Jump back
  • April 21
    Finishing Sequence. Step-by Step "Headstand".
    Closing Mantra

I spent the last several years traveling mostly in Asia. I tried many different styles of yoga here and there. While in Nepal, I got stuck for almost a year during the pandemic and all of my previous experience with yoga lead me to a teacher training course. During month long training, I fell in love with the fiery and meditative practice of Ashtanga. In my class, I hope to pass along this same passion that I have been developing as a new practitioner and teacher.
