We teach most common styles of yoga, all of which help you find peace and harmony with your body and mind. Our experienced teachers will guide you through the class, and you'll leave feeling stronger, happier,
and more relaxed.
Ashtanga Yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic, intense and disciplined practice. You'll follow the same primary sequence called yoga chikitsa (cikitsa) created by Ashtanga yoga founder Pattabhi Jois. This class is 99% practice and 1% theory. Experience with Ashtanga is recommended but not necessary.
Vinyasa Flow
In vinyasa yoga each movement is synchronized to each breath. You'll flow from one pose to the next, focusing on transition and movement and spend less time holding poses. Experience with basic yoga postures and breath work is recommended but not necessary.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is a classic style of yoga. Helping to balance physical, emotional sides of your every day life. Great practice for beginners and more experienced students. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Vajra Yoga
The practice is based on the theory that stress creates muscle contraction. The practice is very simple, requiring no flexibility or strong physical endurance. Therefore, it is suitable for absolutely everyone who would like to get rid of back pain and chronic inflammation.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is an uplifting practice that blends spiritual and physical elements. Classes incorporate movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation and mantra chanting. The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Experience with basic yoga postures and breath work is recommended but not necessary.
Prenatal & Postnatal
Prenatal and postnatal yoga will help to prepare your body for pregnancy, childbirth and recovery after labour. Recommended time to start prenatal yoga is 12 weeks into your pregnancy. Recommended time to start postnatal yoga is 6-12 weeks after birth. Please consult your midwife or medical professional before starting. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Free dance
Dance Improvisation is a live creativity of the body, movement philosophy.
Embodied Dance practice helps to listen to and feel your body, to involve the emotional balance in your everyday routine, to develop psychological resilience, goal-orientation and creativity.
Tai Chi & QiGong
Combination of different disciplines for the development of physical and mental strength. Martial arts - to increase physical stability and willpower. Yoga - to develop flexibility, balance and concentration. Qigong - to control the internal life energy.
