CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• We recommend to pay for class prior to the scheduled class (online or offline) date to ensure your seat, otherwise it could be no seats.
• Cancellations later than 2 hours (12 hours for early morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited.
• If you have a class pass or pack and cancel a class with less than 2 (or 12) hours notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. This includes the drop-in class pass.
• Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations.
• Late arrivals may not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.
• Cancellations earlier than the required cancellation time will receive a credit towards a future class based on membership level, availability and similar cost.
• Private classes need to be cancelled a minimum of 48 hours in advance or the full fee is payable.
• All payments (online and offline) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• One off purchases such as the class pass packs are non refundable, non transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received.
• Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.
• All refunds requested to be returned to your payment card will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the refund amount and will only be processed for serious reasons (e.g., sickness) if requested within 14 days of purchase. However, you have the option to receive another service offered by our studios without any administrative fee deduction.

WAITING LIST

When a space becomes available in class two hours or more prior to the class start time, the first studio user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the studio user a notification. Studio users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website.

​CLASS CHANGES, SUBSTITUTION & CHANGE OF TEACHER

Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.
