Learn to ride the waves with our fun, expert-led surfing classes at Weligama Beach, away from the crowds. Perfect for all levels, you'll build strength and confidence in the gentle, beginner-friendly waves. In case of no-wave conditions, the lesson can be rescheduled for the afternoon. Slow Flow yoga emphasizes movement, with transitions guided by the breath, creating a sense of freedom and connection. Sukshma Vyayama complements this with gentle, subtle exercises to activate energy, improve joint mobility, and release tension. Together, they enhance mindfulness, circulation, and vitality, leaving you refreshed and balanced.

    Kati holds a 200-hour Hatha Yoga, a 100-hour Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, and a 20-hour Yin Yoga certification. A passionate practitioner of Ashtanga and Forrest Yoga, she has over 15 years of teaching experience. Kati has led yoga retreats and workshops across the globe and developed the online course Yoga Shanti Mama. In 2019, she founded the Tbilisi Yoga Community with two branches Yoga Loft and Yoga Villa.
